Family over everything. I hear the term coined a lot and to some it means more than it does to others. Family means everything to me, nothing else in the world matters more than these very people. I could go on and on, but I won't bore you (I hope I haven't been too cheesy with this).
Today we spent our entire Black Friday (yes, from one morning to the next) hanging out and exploring San Diego. Our day started off with a trip to Coronado Island. Here we spent a couple of hours on the beach and then walked around the city, stopping by at an old-fashioned diner for a quick bite before heading back to Downtown SD.
We went to Target afterwards so I could buy some painkillers for my headache. Afterwards, Phil's BBQ and a random sushi restaurant was what we had for dinner before heading home. Upon leaving San Diego, the freeway was incredibly foggy, to the point where I couldn't see 10-15 feet in front of my car. It was really eerie, but calming. And unfortunately, through all the excitement of the day, I forgot to take anymore pictures except for what you see, so you'll just have to take my word for it!

Our first stop in Downtown was Extraordinary Desserts. Heaven, needless to say.
